   Look for commercial businesses that have concrete, bagged sand or places that rent sandblasting equipment. Even better, call a sandblasting company & ask where they get the sand.
   Sandblasting is a skilled technique. You should hire a professional. If you try to do the pool yourself you might waste lots of time & money & you can cause some damage to your pool when you don’t know what you are doing.

   You could look for concrete yards, they usually have bagged goods to buy as well.
