… a guaranteed Winner !?!!!!!!!!

From about 65 people, 7 remain. I had been forecasting the Saints as my pick if I got this far – but I thought they’d still be in playoff contention — now they have nothing to play for except pride — and the Lions have history to play for – as in they-don’t-want-to-make-history by being the first 0-16 team ever … the game is in Detroit and New Orleans is 1-6 on the road this year – still, it will be a clean indoor track and the Saints have the best offense around – plus ten days to rest and prepare, which mitigates the second-road-game-in-a-row factor

… then there are the hot Texans – can they keep it running against the Raiders out in Oakland? they’re definitely the team playing it’s best ball — but like the others, they’re eliminated from this year’s playoff contention

Who would you pick – and why ?

The teams I can not pick are listed below, followed by the complete week 16 schedule

thanks!

Arizona Cardinals
Buffalo Bills
Carolina Panthers
Chicago Bears
Dallas Cowboys
Indianapolis Colts
Miami Dolphins
New York Giants

What Size Of Pool Pump Do I Need?

I have a 13000 gallon pool with 2 inch pvc. I run the pool for 8 hours a day. This normally would be easy but I have a 7 panel solar heating system. With this installed I am not getting enough suction in my skimmer to run my automatic pool cleaner. I thought more horse power but after reading that may not be the answer.

My Pentair Legend Platinum Pool Cleaner Has No Traction In The Pool. Do I Need To Replace The Tires?

to answer your question. yes tires. are they worn down?…if not it, this probably isnt your prob. i know that the cold water hardens up the hose. until spring when the water warms up you will continue to have this prob. you can replace the hose and its swivels. but if you think it is the unit, some pool stores will diagnose your unit for free and even give you free labor on repairs. maybe try to rotate the two front tires to the back and visa-versa. this sometimes helps also.

Here’s the owners manual for your cleaner: http://www.pentairpool.com/pdfs/LegendPl… In it there is an FAQ section, from which I copied this:
A. PROBLEMS & SOLUTIONS
Problem: Legend® Platinum doesn’t move or
moves sluggishly or hangs up on steps.
Solution: 1. Be sure filter pump and booster pump
are on and working properly. (You may
need to clean your pool filter system).
2. Check the Wall Fitting screen for debris
and rinse clean.
3. Check wheel RPM (See page 8).
4. Determine if the Back-Up Valve is
cycling. (Hold the valve out of the
water and the jet should come on for
approx. 30 seconds and shut off for
approx. 3 minutes and 30 seconds.)
5. Check all the Hose connections and
Swivels for leaks that can cause loss
of water pressure.
6. Check debris that may be jammed in
the gear teeth on one of the front drive
wheels. Gently rotate the front wheels
backward to dislodge debris.
