How Do We Clean Our Pool?

We just bought a house with an inground pool. The water in our pool seems fine (nice an clear, no odors) but the wall of the pool looks discolored and there is “crude” which looks like mold/mildew around the joints etc. How do we clean the surface safely?

How To Clean A Pool With A Creepy Crawly?

We have just moved into a place that has an inbuilt spa / pool and we have no instructions on how to keep it clean and maintained.
It has a creepy crawly thing but it seems like it is a manual thing. The only thing I can think of is that it connects to the filter box thing at the side and you can make it work from there… Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why Would I Have Maggots In My Beautiful Clean Pool? How Did They Get There? Its Never Happened Before.?

This morning i discovered hundreds of maggots in my perfectly clean pool, with no evidence of how or why. Our garbage isn’t near our pool, we are very tidy clean people & our pool yard is free of clutter or rubbish. Our pool shop guy had never heard of this before, has anyone else? We gave the pool shock treatment & removed all the maggots but we are in the dark as to where they came from. does anyone out there have any ideas or a similar story?

How To Clean A Very Dirty Pool?

It is a really large spa. The water going green and there are leaves, bugs, and stones in it. I had a professional pool guy come look at it and he said to pump out the water, but I don’t get why i cant just use a net to get out the leaves and bugs, and then drain it. Will it clog the drain if the water is so dirty or something?
Also, i need to know how to clean the pool itself (i.e. the plaster and algae etc)
