If not you could try baking soda paste and scrub or vinegar. When the pool is being adjusted for chemicals you will probably have to dump in some liquid chlorine and you could probably direct it towards the tiles. You could also call your local pool company and asks them I am sure they have heard it all. There are a lot of chemicals out there that you can probably use . Don't be worried about getting any of the cleaners in the pool (it should dilute into the pool water w/o harm ,especially after it has a chance to go through the filter). If your'e afraid of harming skin , eyes ,etc. don't allow swimmers for 24 hrs. Good luck !!!!! I’d suggest calling the contractor/s who installed it , they should know .
